CAREER TO DATE

Migle began her career at just sixteen, starting as an Apprentice in an Estate Agency before quickly progressing to Senior Lettings Negotiator. In 2017, she made a bold move into the insurance industry, beginning in personal lines before expanding her expertise into commercial insurance.

Her transition into the film and media sector allowed her to develop a strong understanding of SME policies and client needs. In 2023, Migle took the next step by joining the London Market, specialising in Music and Live Events insurance and gaining valuable exposure to the contingency sector.

Since October 2024, she has been part of SRG, continuing to grow her career and passion within the dynamic world of Entertainment insurance.

OUT OF THE OFFICE

Outside of work, Migle enjoys keeping active by going to the gym several times a week and has recently discovered a love for skipping workouts. She also loves exploring new restaurants with her boyfriend and spending quality time back home in Lithuania with her grandmother - enjoying slower days, good conversations, and home-cooked meals that bring a special sense of comfort and connection.
