Whether it's navigating complex event cancellation claims, dealing with theft or damage to valuable equipment, or managing unique claims scenarios, she thrives on the challenge and continuously strengthens her expertise with each new case.

Before moving into the entertainment sector, Bethan gained valuable experience in commercial insurance, working with clients in industries such as tech, financial services, manufacturing, and retail. She credits these foundational years with giving her the broad knowledge base she relies on today when working with businesses across various sectors.

Bethan believes that the placing of the insurance is just one part of the overall service to provide. The day-to-day chats, contract reviews and claims processes are key to building lasting trust and ensure clients always feel prioritised.  

OUT OF THE OFFICE

As a keen traveler, Bethan loves to see artists across the world - always with her work phone in her bag, just in case! The passion for music runs in the family, with husband Alex being a keen Swedish House Mafia Fan - so keen, Bethan and Alex saw them four times on their last tour, while Bethan was three months pregnant! 

This past year has been a quieter one, as Bethan has traded in the beach festivals in Ibiza for the time being to adjust to her new life in Hertfordshire with Alex and their one-year-old son, Hugo.
